Empowa Token Sale KYC
and Community Vote

Empowa is excited to announce our KYC registration date as well as our Community Vote which will determine when we start Round 1 of our Token Sale.

For the KYC component we have partnered with Blockpass and this registration process will commence at 4pm UTC on December 8th, 2021. Regarding the Token Sale, we have decided to engage the community to vote on what date they would like Round 1 of the Token Sale to commence. Considering this time of the year is often a busy time for many people, we thought the fairest option is to allow the community to vote on whether they would like Round 1 to commence on:

Option 1 – December 29th, 2021
Option 2 – January 10th, 2022
Option 3 – January 24th, 2022

KYC Information

  • KYC registration will commence at 4pm UTC on December 8th, 2021
  • To participate in the EMP Token Sale, KYC must be completed successfully
  • We will have a minimum of 3 weeks (depending on the Community Vote) between the KYC registration date and our Token Sale to ensure everyone has ample time to ask questions and prepare for the Token Sale event.

Community Vote – Token Sale Round 1 Start Date

  • The Token Sale start date will be decided via a community vote
  • Voting starts: 1pm UTC on December 1st, 2021
  • Voting ends: 1pm UTC on December 6th, 2021

  • There are 3 options to vote on:
    • December 29th, 2021
    • January 10th, 2022
    • January 24th, 2022
  • The results of the Community Vote and the finalised Token Sale start date will be announced on December 8th, 2021

Finalised Token Sale Timeline

Once the Community Vote is completed we will then announce the finalised dates for the Token Sale rounds – this announcement will occur on December 8th, 2021. As mentioned above, there will be a minimum of 3 weeks between the KYC registration date and our Token Sale to ensure everyone has ample time to ask questions and prepare for the Token Sale event.
