Bringing climate-smart, affordable homes to Mozambique

The Maraza development is a partnership between Empowa, Casa Real and Beira’s urban development company, SDUBeira, who in turn are supported by the Dutch government.

The project aims to deliver 25 000 homes at a price point that makes the homes affordable to over 60% of Beira's residents. You can read more about the project here.
